Before you begin
Use this form to request support for classroom multimedia equipment, presentation technology, or event setup.
Please include key details such as the event date and time, location, type of equipment needed, and any special setup requirements.
For event support, submitting your request as early as possible ensures proper scheduling and availability of resources.
Available Request Types
- Event Support Rental (External) – For outside organizations requesting audiovisual equipment or event setup on campus.
- Event Support GTC (Internal) – For GTC departments or faculty requesting technology or AV assistance for on-campus events.
- AV/Classroom Multimedia Support – For help with classroom projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, or related audiovisual issues.
