Get help installing, accessing, or fixing issues with your software, cloud services, or Microsoft 365 tools.

Before you begin

If you’re experiencing problems installing or running a software program, or need help accessing a cloud service or Microsoft 365 tool, please submit your request here.
Include as much detail as possible, such as the software name, version, device type, and a brief description of the issue.

Available Request Types

  • PC Software – Assistance with installing, updating, or troubleshooting locally installed applications.
  • Cloud Service – Support for accessing or configuring online platforms, subscriptions, or hosted tools.
  • Microsoft 365 / Azure – Help with Office applications, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, or Azure access and performance issues.
