OIT New Purchase Approval Requests

Submit requests for approval of technology purchases, including software, web services, and hardware.

Before you begin

If you have been instructed by HR to request approval to use specific software, please submit a ticket here using the Submit Ticket form to the right..
This applies to cases where HR or another department has directed you to obtain approval for using a program or application.

Available Request Types

  • Software Purchase Approval – For software programs or licenses that require OIT review or HR-directed approval.
  • Web Service Purchase Approval – For online subscriptions, hosted tools, or platforms that require data or network access.
  • Hardware Purchase Approval – For new computers, peripherals, or other physical devices requiring IT procurement review.
