Before you begin

If you need to request access to a server or report a performance or connectivity issue, please submit your request here.
Include as much detail as possible, such as the server name or IP, the type of access or issue, and any error messages you’ve encountered.

Available Request Types

  • Server Access – For requesting new access or modifications to existing permissions.
  • Performance Issues – Assistance with slow response times, system errors, or resource utilization problems.
  • Maintenance Support – For scheduled updates, configuration changes, or general server upkeep.
