Request assistance with printer access, setup, or troubleshooting printing issues.

Before you begin

If you are unable to print, connect to a printer, or need assistance setting up a new device, please submit your request here.
Include details such as the printer name or location, the device you’re printing from, and any error messages you’ve received.

Available Request Types

  • Printer Access – For requesting or updating access to a shared or departmental printer.
  • Printer Setup – Assistance with installing or configuring a printer on your computer or network.
  • Printing Issues – For troubleshooting problems such as print errors, connection failures, or queue issues.
