Request assistance with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and wired connections.

Before you begin

If you are experiencing issues connecting to the network, please submit your request here.
Include as much detail as possible about your connection type (Wi-Fi or wired), the location where the issue is occurring, and any error messages or troubleshooting steps you’ve already attempted.

Available Request Types

  • Wi-Fi – For issues connecting to or maintaining a wireless connection on campus.
  • Wired – For problems with Ethernet connections, wall ports, or other physical network connections.
