If you need to report an issue with a device or request setup assistance, please submit your request here.
Include as much detail as possible about the device type, the issue, and any error messages you’ve encountered.

Available Request Types

  • Desktop – Assistance with workstation setup, performance issues, or hardware malfunctions.
  • Laptop – For troubleshooting, configuration, or software support on laptops.
  • Tablet – Support for setup, connectivity, or application-related issues on tablets.
  • Mobile Device – For mobile device access, configuration, or repair needs.
