Get help with login access, permissions, email, or shared folders like the T: Drive or OneDrive.

Before you begin

If you need to request access to a specific system, shared folder, or email account, please submit your request through this service.
Include any relevant details in the request form (such as the name of the shared folder, the account type, or the person granting permission).

Available Request Types

  • Network Account – For issues related to login credentials, password resets, or network access.
  • Colleague – For assistance with colleague-related accounts or shared resources.
  • Gmail – For help accessing, configuring, or troubleshooting your institutional Gmail account.
  • Shared Folders (T: Drive, OneDrive) – For requesting access, changing permissions, or reporting issues with shared storage folders.

You can go to the “Create a New Request” button on the right side of this page to submit a ticket, or contact Customer Care by phone or email.
