CERT Request
Submit requests for review and approval by the CERT (Colleague Enhancement Review Team).
Before you begin
CERT requests are used to propose enhancements, updates, or changes to Colleague systems and related processes.
Before submitting, please ensure your request has been discussed with your department and aligns with institutional goals.
If you are unsure who your CERT representative is, please contact Chip Banke, CERT Team Chairman for assistance.
Available Request Types
- System Enhancements – Requests for new features, functionality, or workflow improvements within Colleague.
- Process Improvements – Suggestions for streamlining existing procedures or addressing inefficiencies.
- Access or Permissions – Requests for new roles or permission changes related to Colleague functionality.
