Include details such as your role (student or employee), the specific Self Service function you’re using, and any error messages or unexpected behavior you’ve encountered.
Available Request Types
- Access Requests – Help with logging in or accessing Self Service functions.
- Function Errors – When a service, form, or page inside Self Service is unavailable or not functioning.
- Data Inaccuracies – Incorrect or missing information displayed in Self Service.
