What is it?
Rave is the system from which college alerts are sent to employees and/or students. Alerts are sent for weather events, campus closures, and etc. Notifications are also sent by groups like Campus Life, GTC Book Store, Career Center, and more.
Who can receive alerts?
Active employees and students are automatically opted into receiving alerts. These populations are updated daily.
Where does the contact information come from?
Employee and student contact information for this system comes from the Student Information System (SIS), and therefore must be changed within the SIS system.
How to Request Help
You can go to the “Create a New Request” button on the right side of this page to submit a ticket, or contact Customer Care by phone or email.
