Lost Functionality in Inspire/Civitas?

Clearing the Cache in Your Browser

Please log out of Inspire and clear your browser's cache by doing the following (for Edge, but Chrome is similar)

  1. Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of your browser
  2. Select settings and type "cache" into the search box
  3. Select "Choose what to clear"
  4. Make sure that "Cookies and other site data" and “Cached images and files” are selected (the other boxes are up to you)
  5. Select “Clear Now”
  6. Log back in to Inspire through GTC4Me My Apps page
