Blackboard Access
- Students will receive access to Blackboard in their GTC4me account about 4 to 6 hours after registering for the current term’s classes.
- Students will receive access to the Blackboard course itself about 24 hours prior to the start of classes.
Blackboard Issues
- Students needing support with issues in their enrolled Blackboard classes after the class starts should first contact their instructors for assistance.
- Instructors who need support with Blackboard issues should first contact their supervisor or put in an OIT Help ticket.
Note: The college does not support student or employee issues with personal computers or devices. Be sure to use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a laptop or desktop when accessing Blackboard through GTC4me. GTC4me is not compatible with Safari or iPhones.
