What is it?
This request is for promotional or giveaway items needed for an event or for borrowing college-branded tablecloths or banners for temporary use.
On the form, the first question will let us know what you want.
- Choose Request for general promo items if you want some giveaway items from the existing items Marketing has on hand.
You will be asked about the numbers needed and who the giveaway items will be given to.
- Choose Reserve tablecloth or banner if you want one of these for an event.
Please note that you will be responsible for returning the items to the Marketing & Communications department.
- Choose Request for new promo item design if you want to PURCHASE a new giveaway item specifically designed for your department/program/event.
You will be asked to provide the account number for this purchase. You should expect a longer turnaround time for design, approvals and production.
