2. Enter your school email address

3. Enter the characters in the picture or the words in the audio

4. Select your password reset option

5. Choose the contact method we should use for verification from the drop down

6. Click Next

7. Chose the second contact method to use for verification

8. Click the "Enter your phone number" field.

9. Click "Next"

10. Click this password field.
