Microsoft 365 Transition Coming Soon - What Students Need to Do Now
We will transition from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 between the Spring and Summer semesters, around May 8. Access to student Gmail accounts, Google Drive and other Google services will end at cutover.
Your @my.gvltec.edu email address will stay the same, but it will move to Microsoft 365.
To prepare:
Save any files you want to keep from Google Drive.
Review your Gmail for messages you may need later.
Use the takeout.google.com free tool for help exporting data.
