1. On a computer or tablet, open Chrome and go tomyaccount.microsoft.com.

2. Click the "Email or phone" and enter your GTC email address.

3. On the "More information required" screen click next.

4. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device, then click 'Next' to proceed.

5. To set up your account hit next.

6. On the QR code screen, select 'I want to set up a different method'. Select Hardware Token. You will be prompted to enter the serial number of the fob which is found on the back underneath the barcode and will be asked to name your token. Next, you will press the button on the front of the fob and enter the 6-digit code that populates.

7. Enter your phone number for two-factor authentication using only the area code and 7-digit number.

8. Microsoft will call your phone. You will be prompted to answer a question and press the pound (#) key to verify.

9. After registering your phone, click Next.

10. Congratulations you are now MFA authenticated. Click Done.
